This Writ Petition has been filed to call for the entire records pursuant to the order of the second respondent, dated 28.11.2011, in Na.Ka.G2/5991/2011 and quash the same.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the parties that petitioner got retired due to superannuation on 30.09.2012. It is further submitted that in view of the grant of stay, no amount was recovered from the petitioner so far. 3.In the said circumstances, this Court finds that there is nothing survives for adjudication in this Writ Petition. Thus, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
