With the grievance that no compensation has been paid for the land acquired, a representation was made on 09.02.2017. Seeking disposal of the same, the present writ petition has been filed.

2.Learned Additional Government Pleader is unable to get instructions despite the latter sent on 22.03.2017. 3.Taking note of the pendency of the representation and without going into the merits of the case, a direction is issued to the third respondent to pass appropriate orders on the representation dated 09.02.2017, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
