The Petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in Crime No.231 of 2023 registered by the respondent police for the offences under Sections 147, 294(b), 323, 324 and 506(ii) IPC.

2. The petitioner had actually been granted anticipatory bail in Crl.O.P.No.8351 of 2023 and the sureties were not executed. Thereafter, an application was filed seeking extension of time and that was also granted. Thereafter, further extension of time was sought for in Crl.M.P.No.12428 of 2023. Extension was again granted but again the petitioner did not execute the sureties. No reason had been given in the petition herein as to why the sureties were not executed.

3. The learned counsel for the Petitioner stated that the Petitioner had suffered from Jaundice, but, that has not been stated in the petition nor has any document been produced. The Court cannot apply its mind again and again and again and again to grant anticipatory bail on the same issue and pass orders on the same issue.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition seeking anticipatory bail stands dismissed.
