Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition to the petitioner / A-1 in appearing before the respondent police every Friday 10.30. a.m. in a week and kindly allow the petitioner /A-1 to appear before the respondent Police as and when required for further interrogation and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.LAKSHMIPATHY, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.21411 of 2021 dated 16.11.2021.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner had been complying the condition regularly.
