O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to transfer the case in C.C.No.123 of 2013 from the file of Judicial Magistrate No.2, Cuddalore to any other court in Chennai.

2. The learned counsel appearing for petitioner would fairly submitted that the petitioner is an accused in C.C.No.123 of 2013 and now the non-bailable warrant is pending as against the petitioner.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, it is seen that the non-bailable warrant is pending as against the petitioner. Therefore, when the non-bailable warrant is pending against the petitioner, the petitioner is not entitled for any relief. Hence, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
