The petitioner has filed this petition seeking for a direction to transfer the complaint lodged by her dated 01/08/2011 from the file of respondent herein to any other agency.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police.

3. It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed by the Police in the year 2013 itself.

4. Under such circumstances, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out her remedies in the manner known to law by filing appropriate application.
