This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file final report in Crime No.272 of 2016. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent.
3.On the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the respondent Police have registered a case in Crime No.272 of 2016 on 28.12.2016 under Sections 279, 337, 338 and 304(A) IPC. While so, the de facto complainant has filed the present petition with the above prayer.
4.The learned Government Advocate submitted that investigation in Crime No.272 of 2016 is almost completed and seeks three months time to file the necessary report. 5.Accepting the submission, three months time is granted from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to complete the investigation in Crime No. 272 of 2016 and either https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
file a Charge Sheet or a Closure Report as the case may be under due intimation to the de facto complainant, provided there is no any legal impediment.
