5,00,000/-(Rupees Five Lakhs Only) to the credit of concerned loan account and pass such further or other orders. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S V.PAVEL, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.L.BASKARAN, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The Petitioner has filed this petition seeking to modify the condition that the petitioner was directed to deposit a sum of Rs.5,00,000/-(Rupees Five Lakhs only) to the credit of concerned loan account, imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.1529 of 2022 dated 25.01.2022..

2. The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is a bank manager and he has not committed any offence alleged by the prosecution. He further submitted that the condition may be modified to the extent that the petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.5,00,000/-(Rupees Five Lakhs only) to the credit of concerned loan account as security.

3. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, reason is justifiable, the condition already imposed by this Court is modified and the petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- (Rupees Five Lakhs only) to the credit of concerned loan account as security and further two weeks time is granted to the petitioner to comply with the conditions imposed by this Court. This petition is ordered.
