PRAYER in Crl.O.P.Nos.3408,3409 & 3411 of 2024 : Criminal Original Petitions filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. to direct the respondent police to file a final report in Crime No.3072 of 2020, Crime No.1315 of 2020 and Crime No.117 of 2018 dated 06.10.2020, 25.05.2020 and 16.03.2018 respectively within the time limit framed by this Hon'ble Court. For Petitioners in all Crl.OPs.

: Mr.R.Venkatesulu For Respondents in all Crl.OPs. : Mr.A.Damodaran Additional Public Prosecutor COMMON ORDER This Criminal Original Petitions have been filed to direct the respondent to investigate the case in Cr.Nos.3072 of 2020, 1315 of 2020 and 117 of 2018 respectively and to file the Final Report before the concerned Jurisdictional Court.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondents.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that though the respondent has registered a case in the above said crime numbers in the year 2018 and 2020, no final report is filed till date. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the respondent police may be permitted to file a final report within a period of two months. 5.In view of the above, the respondent police is directed to either file a final report or closure report, as the case may be, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order under due intimation to the defacto complainant.

6.With the above direction, these Criminal Original Petitions are disposed of.
