ORDER

The present criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking extension of time to comply with the order dated 26.12.2025 in Crl.O.P. No. 35901 of 2025.

The petitioner/accused in Crime No. 1474 of 2025 on the file of the 2nd respondent Police had earlier filed Crl.O.P. No. 35901 of 2025 seeking a direction to the Special Court for exclusive trial of SC and ST Cases, Tiruppur to accept his surrender and consider his bail petition on the same day and this Court, by order dated 26.12.2025, directed the Court concerned to consider the bail petition of the petitioner on the same day of his surrender and further directed the petitioner to surrender before the jurisdictional Court concerned within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. However, the petitioner did not surrender within the time stipulated by this Court in the order dated 26.12.2025. Hence, the present petition. 3.

Heard both sides.

The petitioner is granted two weeks' time from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to surrender before the jurisdictional Court concerned. It is made clear that no further extension of time will be granted. 02-06-2026 nv To
