This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to investigate the matter properly in Cr.No.452 of 2011 on the file of the respondent police and to file a charge sheet expeditiously in accordance with law

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. When the matter is taken up for consideration, Mr.A.Naseruddin, Sub Inspector of Police, Team-III, CCB, Chennai is present.

4. Learned Government Advocate on instructions submits that investigation was over in Crime No.452 of 2011 and draft charge sheet is ready. She further submits that final report will be filed shortly.

5. Recording the said submission, this Court directs the respondent police to file final report within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
