O R D E R

This petition has been filed against the order passed by the Court below in CRP No.18 of 2017 confirming the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Udumalpet in MC.No.18 of 2014 .

2. The respondents filed a maintenance case before the learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Udumalpet and the learned Judicial Magistrate, by an order dated 28.08.2017, directed the petitioner to pay maintenance of a sum of Rs.4,000/- to the first respondent and Rs.3,000/- each to the respondents 2 & 3. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner filed a revision before the Court below and the Court below dismissed the revision petition and confirmed the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate. Aggrieved by the same, the present petition has been filed before this Court.

3. Heard Mr.K.Sudhakar, learned counsel for the petitioner.

4. It is seen from records that the petitioner has not even paid a single pie towards maintenance for his children and the same has been recorded by the Court below at paragrpah No.22 of the order dated 20.01.2021. That apart, this Court does find any illegality or infirmity in the order passed by the Court below and there are absolutely no reasons to interfere with the same.

5. In view of the above discussion, this Criminal Original petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
