ORDER
This writ petition has been filed to direct the official respondents to cancel patta No.3673, issued in favour of private respondents i.e. respondents 6 and 7 as well as the petitioner and issue separate patta for the very same property in the name of the petitioner alone. 2.The petitioner had given a representation on 08.10.2025 to the official respondents for the aforesaid purpose. Since the said representation has not been considered, the petitioner has filed this writ petition. 3.Mr.C.Jayaprakash, learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of respondents 1 to 5. Since no adverse order is being passed against respondents 6 and 7, notice to respondents 6 and 7 is dispensed with by this Court.
4.No prejudice would be caused to the official respondents if the petitioner's representation, as stated supra, is considered, on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the objections of respondents 6 and 7 and
any other third party whom the third respondent deems it fit to enquire, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
5.This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation.
6.For the foregoing reasons, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the third respondent to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representation dated 08.10.2025 seeking for cancellation of joint patta No.3673 standing in the name of respondents 6, 7 and the petitioner and for issuance of separate patta for the very same property standing in the name of the petitioner alone, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents filed by the petitioner and after hearing the objections of respondents 6 and 7 and also any other third party whom the third respondent deems it fit to enquire, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
