PRAYER: This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS to relax the condition that Para No.6(a) the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m., for a period of one month and thereafter as and when required for interrogation." condition imposed by this Court passed in Crl.O.P.No.1262 of 2025 on 17.01.2025. ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition in Para No.6(a) "the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m., for a period of one month and thereafter as and when required for interrogation." condition imposed by this Court passed in Crl.O.P.No.1262 of 2025 on 17.01.2025.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in paragraph 6(a) of Crl.O.P.No.1262 of 2025 dated 17.01.2025 is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
