The present writ petition has been filed for a direction to the 1st respondent to dispose of the appeal that was filed by the respondents 3 and 4 against the order of the Special Tahsildar, Pallavaram Taluk, cancelling the Patta issued in their favour.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions submitted that the appeal itself was dismissed as withdrawn on 29.06.2018. In view of this fact, the original order passed by the Special Tahsildar, Pallavram Taluk, stands restored and no further orders can be passed in this writ petition. Recording the submission, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
