(CRIME NO.600 OF 2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the order dated 12.01.2022 granting Anticipatory Bail in Crl.O.P.No.620 of 2022 in Crime No.600 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police and pass any or other such orders that this Hon`ble Court may deem fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the case and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.T.DHASARATHAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to extend the time granted to the petitioner on 12.01.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.620 of 2022 for furnishing sureties.

2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered time is extended till 18.03.2022, to the petitioner to surrender and execute the sureties as ordered by this Court.
