allotment of tenement in the Tamil Nadu Urban Habitat Development Board.

2. It is a case of the petitioner that she resides with her husband and children in a rented house situated at Nochikuppam, Mylapore. She applied for a tenement in the Tamil Nadu Urban Habitat Development Board. Initially she had given series of representations dated 25.10.2021, 20.01.2022 , 29.08.2022 and 27.01.2024 to the appropriate authorities for allotment of a tenement under Housing for all Scheme. She also applied for tenement under the Pattinapakkam Scheme vide application dated 19.07.2022 and since no response was forthcoming on the representations of the petitioner, she again made representation dated 29.04.2025 to the 1st respondent for the very same relief, however the said representation also remains unanswered. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court by filing this writ petition.

3. Heard the learned counsel on either side and this Court also perused the records available before it.

4. Considering the limited request made by the petitioner, this Court without going into the merits of the case, directs the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 26.04.2025 on merits and in accordance with law and pass a speaking order after affording an opportunity of personal hearing

to the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
