The Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking direction to Principal Family Court, Coimbatore, to dispose of the petition filed by the revision petitioner seeking divorce.

It is seen from the E-Court printouts included in the typed set of papers, notice in the original petition was served on respondent only during August 2023 and the matter has been referred to counselling and matter is pending at the stage of counselling. Therefore, even the pleadings in the original petition is not complete. Hence, this Court Court is not inclined to issue any direction to the Family Court to dispose of the petition within a time frame.
