In a proposed suit seeking relief in respect of the alleged wrongful repudiation of an insurance policy, the intending plaintiff seeks leave to sue the second defendant before this Court. rna action arose within the jurisdiction of this Court, wherein meetings were held, including meeting dated 29.04.2022, and the decision to repudiate was taken on such basis.

2. Upon considering the above, it appears that a part of the cause of action arose within the jurisdiction of this Court. Therefore, this application is allowed by granting leave to the applicant to sue the second respondent / second defendant before this Court. As a corollary, the Registry is directed to number the suit, if otherwise in order.
