ORDER

The petitioners, who are accused in Crime No.30 of 2017 for the offences under Sections 436 IPC and Section 3(2)(III) and 3 (2)(IV) of the Scheduled Castes and The Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act 1989, Amendment 2015, seek a direction to the learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge (PCR Judge), Thanjavur to consider and dispose of their bail application, that will be filed by them under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. on the same day.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners as well as the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side).

3. Considering the nature of the prayer sought for and taking note of the fact that the petitioners are prepared to surrender before the learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge (PCR Judge), Thanjavur, there shall be a direction to the learned https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

1st Additional Sessions Judge (PCR Judge), Thanjavur, to consider the bail application to be submitted by the petitioners along with their surrender before that Court, on the same day and pass appropriate orders on merits. The petitioners are directed to give advance notice to the learned Additional Public Prosecutor before the said court. The criminal original petition is ordered accordingly.
