2. Mr.V.S.Sethuraman, learned Additional Advocate General assisted by Mr.A.Vijayakumar, learned counsel appearing for the official respondents 1 to 3 has produced a letter of the petitioner addressed to the third respondent stating that since the possession has been handed over, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition and accordingly, the Manager (Legal) of the first respondent Corporation has also addressed a letter to the learned counsel for the respondents informing about the said status.

3. In the light of the subsequent development, nothing survives for adjudication and therefore, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Interim order already granted is vacated. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
