This petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court upon the petitioner/appellant in Crl.M.P.No.6453 of 2019 in Crl.A.No.259 of 2019 vide order dated 08.05.2019, to appear before the trial Court every week on Monday at 10.30a.m., until further orders.

2. Mr.S.Santhosh, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly.

3. The reasons adduced in the affidavit filed in support of this petition being satisfactory, this criminal miscellaneous petition stands ordered and the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.6453 of 2019 in Crl.A.No.259 of 2019 vide order dated 08.05.2019, is modified to the effect that "the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court once in two months at 10.30 a.m., starting from the 1st working day of March 2024, until further orders."
