When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners sought for withdrawal of this petition, since the question have been raised with regard to the maintainability of this petition. The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with a liberty to file appeal and she has also made an endorsement to that effect.
