This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register a case based on the petitioner's complaint dated 17.02.2014.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Government Advocate for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.
3.Learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side] submits that the copy of the petitioner's complaint is not available with the respondent police.
4.Hence, the petitioner is directed to give a fresh complaint to the respondent police within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on receipt of the same, the respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry within a period of four weeks thereafter and during the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, F.I.R. shall be registered, following the dictum laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
