O R D E R

This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner/appellant in Crl.M.P.No.18270 of 2023 in Crl.A.No.1302 of 2023, dated 23.07.2024.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court vide order 23.07.2024 in Crl.M.P.No.18270 of 2023 in Crl.A.No.1302 of 2023 while suspending the sentence of imprisonment imposed on the petitioner imposed a condition that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court twice in a week i.e., on Monday and Friday of every week at 10.30 a.m., pending appeal. He further submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the said condition regularly, and the present petition has been filed for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court dated 23.07.2024, regularly. He further submitted that there is no 2/4

previous case is pending against the petitioner and also he has no bad antecedents.

4. Taking into consideration the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.18270 of 2023 in Crl.A.No.1302 of 2023, dated 23.07.2024, is relaxed.

5. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
