The prayer sought for in the present petition is to direct the 2nd respondent to take necessary action against the 5th respondent in view of Section 4(2) (b) r/w (3) of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Amendment Act, 2015.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that, since the petition is pending in preliminary enquiry stage and an order has also been passed by this Court today in Crl.O.P.Nos.4869 & 4871 of 2018, the present request does not deserve consideration. The petitioner is at liberty to move the same application, if any cause of action arises in future.
