CRIME NO.1580 OF 2020 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that petitioner shall appear before the Judicial Magistrate, Vanur, on all working days at 10.30 a.m. until further orders, imposed on the petitioner by order of this Court on 14.12.2020 in Crl.OP.No.19821/2020 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.SUDHAKAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.S.KARTHIKEYAN Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This application is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioner directing him to report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vanur, on all working days at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.19821 of 2020, dated 14.12.2020.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.19821 of 2020, dated 14.12.2020. is relaxed, however the petitioner is directed https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.

5. This petition is ordered accordingly.
