ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent herein to file a final report in Crime No.187/2015 against the accused persons before the Vth Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Egmore, Chennai - 8 within the stipulated time prescribed by this Court.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that a case in Crime No.187 of 2015 has been registered and is being investigated by the respondent police.

3.In view of the above, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation and file the final report as expeditiously as possible.
