M/s Reliance General Insurance Company Limited has come to this Court hoping that this Court would be readily condoning the huge and unexplained delay of 640 days in filing the appeal. It is not known how the law officer has advised the counsel to file this civil miscellaneous petition with a huge delay. When the Reliance General Insurance Company Limited is having dozens of lawyers in their panel, this Court is not able to find any sufficient cause to condone such a huge delay. Hence, the C.M.P.No.6358 of 2018 stands dismissed.
