When the case was taken up for hearing on 16.11.2021, this Court passed the following order :
"When the case is called, there is no representation for the petitioner.

counsel was not present and therefore, the learned Judge directed the matter to be listed on 23.07.2021 under the caption 'For Dismissal'.
On the side of the petitioner there has been chronic absence and therefore, noting down the said development, post the matter on 23.11.2021 under the caption "For Dismissal".
2. Accordingly, the case is listed today under the caption 'For Dismissal'. Today also, when the case is called, there is no representation for the petitioner. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed for default. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
