This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records culminating Cr.No.246 of 2019, pending on the file of the Vettavalam Police Station, Tiruvannamalai, quash the same.

2.When the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that final report has been filed in this case. 3.In view of the filing of the final report, this Court is not inclined to quash the First Information Report in Cr.No.246 of 2019, on the file of the Vettavalam Police Station, Tiruvannamalai. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
