(CRIME NO.636/2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every sunday at 10.30a,m until further orders imposed by this Hon`ble court Crl.O.P No.23471/2021 dated 07.12.2021. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. E.KANNADASAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.23471 of 2021 dated 07.12.2021.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the investigation substantially completed and the petitioner had been complying the condition by reporting before the Investigating Officer every week on Sunday. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.
