The petitioner has filed the present petition to direct the I Additional Sessions Judge, Chennai or concerned in-charge Judge of I Additional Sessions Court, Chennai to expedite the trial in S.C.No.150 of 2015 and dispose the same within stipulated period of time.

It is represented by the Registry that a Judicial Officer has been posted in I Additional Sessions Court, Chennai. 4.

The learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted since Judicial Officer has been posted, the trial Court may be directed to expedite the trial.
