The petitioners who are the accused in Crime No.70 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Section 498(A) of IPC have filed this quash petition.

2.Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the investigation in Crime No.70 of 2025 has been completed and charge sheet has been filed before the learned Additional Mahila Court, Salem, in CC.No.304 of 2026 and the case is posted on 15.04.2026 for framing of charges.
