Crl.M.P.No.13693 of 2021 and Crl.M.P.No.1767 of 2020 in Crl.R.C.No.244 of 2020 A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J., Learned counsel for the respondent/husband would submit that in due compliance of the undertaking given by him on 11.01.2022, the petitioner had paid an amount of Rs.20,000/- to the wife. He would submit that some more time may be granted to the respondent/husband to pay the balance amount of Rs.20,000/-.

2. In view of the submissions, the respondent/husband is directed to pay the balance amount of Rs.20,000/- to the petitioner/wife by way of Demand Draft on or before 03.02.2022.

3. List the matter on 04.02.2022 for reporting compliance.
