ORDER

This writ petition is filed for direction directing the respondents herein to issue patta in favour of the petitioner and consequently restrain the respondents, their men, agents and subordinates from interfering with the petitioner's peaceful possession of new survey No.250(old survey No.229/10 & 11) in Muligoor Village, Kundha Taluk, Nilgiris District.

2. Heard, the learned counsel for the petitioner, and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

3. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the third respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the representation of the petitioner dated 31.12.2020 and, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and counter parties, if any, and giving them opportunity of hearing, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 4.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No order as to costs.
