ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on the first and third Saturdays of every month, until further orders imposed by this court in Crl.M.P.No.17599 of 2024 in Crl.M.P.No.15296 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.24894 of 2024 dated 12.12.2024.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.7(a) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.24894 of 2024 dated 04.10.2024 and subsequently modified in Page No.2 of 4

Crl.M.P.Nos.15296 of 2024 and 17599 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.24894 of 2024 dated 04.11.2024 and 12.12.2024 respectively is relaxed.
