4. Today, when the revision was taken up for hearing, a Joint Memo of Compromise dated 11.04.2018 signed by both the parties and the respective counsel is filed before this Court.

5. Recording the Joint Compromise Memo dated 11.04.2018, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs. The Joint memo of compromise dated 11.04.2018, shall form part of the order.
