2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the representation dated 24.01.2019 is pending with the third respondent for consideration.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the third respondent is directed to consider the representation dated 24.01.2019 submitted by the petitioner for conducting general public meeting by 'Anna Dravidar Kazhagam' on 24.02.2019 at Theradi Thidal, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Mannargudi, Thiruvarur District and pass orders on merits to provide police protection on or before 22.02.2019
