O R D E R

The petitioner has come before this Court for issuance of a direction to the respondents to pass orders for granting School Code Number to the petitioner School to enroll the students in the Nominal for writing 11th and 12th Board Examination to be conducted by the 1st respondent in March /April 2018 by considering the representation submitted by the petitioner school dated 02.11.2017 within a time frame to be fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

2.Heard Mr.G.Sankaran, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.T.M.Pappiah, learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner handed over copies of the documents to prove that the shortcomings pointed out by the Director of Matriculation Schools vide his proceedings dated 05.12.2017 have been complied with and a reply was also given in that regard on 09.12.2017. Subsequently, this Court passed an order dated 14.12.2017, directing the Directorate of Matriculation Schools to pass appropriate orders in this regard. 4.Today i.e. 22.12.2017, It is represented that the order of this Court dated 14.12.2017 has been complied with. Since the order has been passed subsequently,the respondent has to allot code number to the petitioner school to enroll the students for writing ensuing examination to be conducted in March 2018. 5.Recording the above, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
