Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of S.AMARNATH, Advocate for the petitioner the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to grant the extension of time for a period of four weeks to comply with the conditions in Crl.M.P.No.13567 of 2021 in Crl.RC. No.1038 of 2021, dated 23.12.2021. 2.
Heard both sides.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner due to covid could not able to comply with the direction imposed by this Court dated 23.12.2021, within the stipulated time. Hence, he prays to extend the time. 4.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that since the petitioner could not able to comply with the direction imposed by this Court within the stipulated time, this petition is ordered and the time is extended finally by three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
