Today, when the matter is called, the learned Additional Government Pleader has produced the proceedings of the respondent, in Na.Ka.No.78942/2014/E3, dated 05.04.2015, by which, the request made by the petitioner was rejected. The learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that the order, dated 21.11.2014 passed by this Court in W.P.No.30498 of 2014 has been complied with.

3. In view of the above, this Contempt Petition is closed, leaving it open to the petitioner to challenge the proceedings in the manner known to law, if he so desires.
