2201/15) Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.MUKUND R.PANDIYAN, Advocate for the petitioner the court made the following order:- The first respondent/Insurance company, as per order of this Court dated 30.09.2015, has deposited a sum of Rs.4,00,000/- as against the award passed by the Tribunal for a sum of Rs.6,53,400/-.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the appellant/claimant seeks withdrawal of the depoited award amount on the ground that the medical expenses have to be met out only from the amount to be withdrawn.

3. Considering the nature of the claim made, the appellant/claimant is permitted to withdraw a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- of the deposited amount.
