CRIME NO.844 of 2021 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time of two weeks to surrender before the concerned lower court in pursuance with order dated 14.12.2021 in Crl.O.P.No.23617 of 2021.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.J.PRAKASAM, Advocate for the Petitioners and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.23617 of 2021 dated 14.12.2021 to surrender before the concerned lower court.

2. Time already granted by this Court in Crl.OP.No.23617 of 2021 dated 14.12.2021 is extended till 15.03.2022, failing which, the anticipatory bail shall stands automatically cancelled. No further extension will be granted.
