ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Petition for anticipatory bail in Cr.No.41 of 2017. 2.Offences alleged in the petition are under Sections 294(b), 323, 324 and 506(ii) IPC.

3.Heard both sides.

4.Due to previous enmity, quarrel arose between both sides. Petitioners are alleged to have assaulted the defacto complainant. The victim has been discharged from the hospital. 5.Considering all the above aspects, I am inclined to grant them anticipatory bail.

6.Ordered as under:- (i)Anticipatory bail granted;

(ii)Petitioners shall surrender before the learned District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Pallipattu, within 15 days of receipt of a copy of the order;

(iii)Petitioners shall execute a separate bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a

like sum to the satisfaction of the said Magistrate; (iv)Petitioners shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
