This application has been filed to condone the delay of 148 days in representing the case in filing the written statement of the first defendant in C.S.No.102 of 2024.

2. Mr.H.Manivannan, learned counsel for the first respondent and Mr.I.Kowsar Nissar, learned counsel for the second respondent would submit that they have no objection in allowing the present application.

3. Heard the learned counsels appearing for their respective parties.

Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this application and also taking into consideration that the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respective respondents have no objection in allowing the present application and being satisfied with the same, the same is ordered as prayed for and the delay is condoned.
