Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct 1st to 4th respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 03.02.2021 within the stipulated period and consequently, direct the third respondent to cancel forgery patta document No.1828 on the file of the fourth respondent in favour of the 5th respondent.

ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus, to direct 1st to 4th respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 03.02.2021 within the stipulated period and consequently, direct the third respondent to cancel forgery patta document No.1828 on the file of the fourth respondent in favour of the 5th respondent.

2.Mr.G.Rajesh, learned Government Advocate entered appearance for Respondents 1 to 4 and submitted that an enquiry is scheduled to take place on 15.05.2021 at 4.00 p.m at the office of the third respondent.

3.The said statement of the learned Government Advocate is recorded.

4.In view of the above, no further direction is required to be given except that the third respondent is directed to issue notice to all the parties who are likely to be affected by his decision, provide them a fair and effective hearing and to dispose of the matter through a speaking order within a period of twelve (12) weeks (after the conclusion of the General Elections to the Legislative Assembly - 2021) from 15.05.2021.

5.The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
