ORDER

This writ petition has been filed challenging the order dated 19.03.2015 Letter No.A2/19/2011 passed by the second respondent enhancing the rent.

2. It is stated by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents that during the pendency of the writ petition, the revised rent was fixed by the competent authority and the same has been accepted by the petitioner. The said submission is not disputed. Therefore, the relief sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous.

3. Such view of the matter, the writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
