This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 942 days in filing the above CMA.

2. Mr.SP.Yuaraj, learned counsel takes notice for the respondent.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing for the respondent.

4. Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, delay is condoned.

C.M.P.No.3194 of 2025 is allowed.

5. The Registry is directed to number the civil miscellaneous appeal and list the matter for admission, if it is otherwise in order.

6. The Registry is further directed to print the name of Mr.SP.Yuaraj as counsel for the respondent in the cause-list at the time of admission.
