PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent Nos.1 to 3 to withdraw or cancel the appointment of the fourth respondent made vide order dated 24.06.2015 as Dean in-charge.

The petitioner has filed the Writ Petition praying to issue a WRIT OF MANDAMUS, directing the respondent Nos.1 to 3 to withdraw or cancel the appointment of the fourth respondent made vide order dated 24.06.2015 as Dean in-charge. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the parties has fairly submitted that the petitioner has challenged the appointment and functioning of the fourth respondent both as Collector of Karaikal and Dean in-charge of the third respondent. Now, the Collector of Karaikal has not been appointed as Dean in-charge of the third respondent.
